This app helps charities retrieve updates ‘from the field’ in an cost-effective, authentic and accessible way. Bridging the gap between ‘giver’ and ‘receiver’.

The app enables charities to communicate more personal, more frequently and more lively with their supporters about what happens with donated money. At project level, photo and video updates get extracted from the field. It is a powerful tool to optimize the reporting of charities and engage and retain givers.

In practice
At the online dashboard of Favoraid charity staff at the headquarters are connected with staff and volunteers on site getting photo and video updates in the right way on the right time.

Headquater staff can edit and published the updates on the platform. Followers and supporters of the project automatically receive an email informing them about the new project status updates.

If no internet connectivity is available on project site the app saves the created content and sends the content automatiscally tot he dashboard at a later stage when connectivity is restored.
